Scientist? Let’s just say my marks weren’t the greatest…

Nerd? Well, I could be a book worm.

I am Kelvin. A 23-year-old, founder/CEO running an international digital & strategic firm for luxury, high-end, consumer-driven brands. I strive to help millennials awaken their underlying passions and launch their first business.

Let’s rewind back to a year ago. I was in my final year of undergrad at the University of Waterloo for Computer Science. I was a former Fortune 500 Software Engineer Intern who rejected a $100k+ full-time offer. It was a great career path, while it lasted. But it wasn’t for me.

For those who don’t know what this career entails, it’s essentially the development of software. Like the majority of us, I was chasing the corporate “dream” with an unfulfilling 9-5, working my ass off for what? At times, I felt I was losing my identity. I started realizing I literally had no control over my income.

Now you might think I’m crazy for rejecting a 6-figure offer. But that’s another story to tell.

Ask yourself, what does perceived happiness mean to you? Don’t be like this guy.
